I am big, unapologetic fan of Buffy the Vampire Slayer. I honestly think it is one of the most under-appreciated television shows ever, possibly because the synopsis — teenage girl fighting vampires and demons — sounds silly. But get past that and you'll discover how clever, funny, and witty it is. In fact, many of the same observations I made in a previous post regarding Veronica Mars apply to Buffy as well (which is not altogether surprising, since Buffy is clearly a source of inspiration for Veronica Mars).

Anyway, there's some good news for all you Buffy fans out there: Buffy will be back in an eight season of sorts. Not on television or the big screen, but as series of comic books, to be published starting on the 14th of March. That's it, I will actually have to start reading comic books...
