If you haven't heard about it or haven't had a chance to read it yet, I urge you to go on and read the four part series that the Washington Post is running on Dick Cheney (here are direct links to parts one, two, three, and four). More than a year ago I commented with some friends that the way things were going, time would come when Bush & Co would be on trial for their crimes. It seemed at best an idealistic notion in stark contrast with the reality of a world where the wicked thrive and the just seldom do. One more year has passed, however, and the current American administration has gone from being "only" the worst in history to one very likely to be cursed and named only in vile by future generations. And that idealistic notion is looking more and more realistic with each passing day.
